Brain Checkups
We offer and fully cover the costs of brain checkups for managers, drivers, heavy equipment operators, and other workers in addition to health checkups for all employees as part of our health promotion activities.
Recreation
On Midsummer Ox Day, we have an eel lunch box to deepen interactions among employees. All employees also attend New Year's parties, year-end parties, and other events held by the company.
Edamame Harvest Experience
We harvest edamame called "Koito Zairai," which has been cultivated in the Koito River basin in Kimitsu, Chiba. Through the edamame harvesting experience, we promote communication among employees.
Every employee takes home the harvested edamame and eats them with their family.
