In 1964, the Minami-kyushu Hososhima Office was established as a subsidiary of Hyuga plant of Tekkosha (now Tosoh Hyuga Corporation), and was contracted to perform various tasks within the plant premises as well as various operations incidental to the plant's operation.
In 1989, Miyazaki Hiyoshi Industrial Services, Limited was established and the on-premise contracting work business of Hiyoshi Kaisoten's Minami-kyushu Hososhima Office was transferred to the new company with the transfer of skills from experienced workers to younger workers ongoing.
